UMMULMUKMININ – Pondok Pesantren Puteri Ummul Mukminin ‘Aisyiyah Wilayah Sulawesi Selatan bekerjasama dengan Madrasah Development Center (MDC) Kementerian Agama Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan menggelar workshop peningkatan mutu mulai tata usaha, laboran IPA, Laboran Komputer dan pustakawan.
Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan sesuai protokol kesehatan Covid-19 ini dilakukan di Gedung Serbaguna ‘Aisyiyah (GSA), Jalan Jend. H. M. Yusuf No.93, Makassar, Sabtu-Minggu (27-28/2/2021).
Ketua Panitia Workshop Peningkatan Mutu, Isriani Djamaluddin, S.Ag mengatakan bahwa jumlah peserta yang ikut sebanyak 70 orang, mulai dari lingkup pondok pesantren puteri ummul mukminin hingga MTs MA dan MI se Kota Makassar.
Lanjut, Kepala Madrasah MTs Pondok Pesantren Puteri Ummul Mukminin ini menambahkan bahwa pihaknya melihat tingkat partisipasi kepesertaan sangat tinggi, namun kami batasi sesuai dengan ruangan dan protokol kesehatan covid-19.
“Kegiatan ini sebagai upaya dalam memperbaiki kualitas sumber daya manusia yang perlu ditingkatan sesuai bidang kita masing-masing yang lebih kompeten,” ungkapnya.
Terpisah, Direktur Pondok Pesantren Puteri Ummul Mukminin ‘Aisyiyah Wilayah Sulawesi Selatan Drs. H. Abd Kadir Arief, M.Pd menambahkan, rancangan program ini perlu kita maksimalkan apalagi kegiatan seperti ini jarang dilakukan.
“Gebrakan yang luar biasa, bisa menimbah wawasan keilmuan yang tentu menambah semangat kinerja yang lebih baik lagi,” tambahnya.
Ketua Pimpinan Wilayah (PW) ‘Aisyiyah Wilayah Sulsel Dr. Nurhayati Azis, SE.,M.Si mengapresiasi kegiatan workshop, pihaknya berharap semua yang terlibat bisa lebih profesional lagi dalam menjalankan amanahnya.
“Kita ingin menyatu dengan pekerjaan kita, mulai tata usaha, laboran dan pustakawan bisa lebih semangat lagi apalagi dengan adanya pelatihan seperti ini,” harapnya.
Dalam workshop kali menyajikan beberapa materi mulai dari konsep manajemen pengelolaan perpustakaan, pengelolaan laboran ipa, laboran komputer dan tata usaha dan dilanjutkan dengan materi praktek dari masing-masing kelas.
Hadir dalam kegiatan ini Kasi Penmad Kementerian Agama Makassar Suaedi, Ketua Pokjawas Kementerian Agama Makassar, Para Kepala Sekolah Pondok Pesantren Puteri Ummul Mukminin, Ketua MDC Kementerian Agama Sulsel Dr. Lu’mu Taris, M.Pd, para trainer, hingga para peserta workshop.
